The lovely Elisa Rolle, who I was delighted to see again in Albuquerque, has put up the next round of her Rainbow Awards cover contest. The Rare Event, done by the talented Anne Cain, is still hanging in there! I do love this cover, and it captures the essence of the story so perfectly, that I will ask you nice readers to recognize Anne’s skill with more voting.
